pleasant stay but minor hiccups

The room was cozy and impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a delicious spread, with fresh pastries that delighted our mornings. The staff was kind, offering great recommendations for local dining and attractions. We particularly enjoyed the lovely city view from our room.

I faced some issues with the parking situation, a bit inconvenient .

Had a nice size and beautifully designed room with private bathroom and a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

extremely comfy beds, a private safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed in the room. great facilities in general, incredible location to shops & restaurants. not far from the main shopping, main railway station and the old center.

The location is serene, perched beside a historic abbey. The room was well-kept and offered all necessary amenities. The parking situation proved to be inconvenient, and we struggled to find suitable dining options nearby, as the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly closed. While the service was generally accommodating, it could have been more proactive in assisting with local dining alternatives . Breakfast options were limited, a slight letdown.

I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. The bed was big & the staff there were amazingly attentive and helpful.

Beautiful location next to the abbey in Lyon.

I faced issues with parking that was far from the hotel, inconvenient . The restaurant was closed when I expected to dine there, leaving us with fewer dining options nearby. The kettle for tea was set to a low temperature, resulting in a disappointing first morning experience.

The hotel is gorgeous and in an incredible location to airport or main railway station. Highly courteous staff at thee reception desk, and the ambience is quiet. The great thing is location in the heart of the city. The bets part that it's next to shops and restaurants and Vieux Lyon and the in-house restaurant "L'Artichaut":)))

We loved our time here! The big windows let in fresh air and a lively street view. The staff were friendly and offered excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Don't miss out on the delicious scrambled eggs at breakfast, but be mindful of the seasoning!
